You must:

  • Use appropriate language suitable for a family-friendly platform
  • Respond promptly and professionally to messages
  • Be honest and transparent in all communications
  • Resolve disagreements through our dispute resolution process

You must not:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content
  • Make personal attacks or engage in arguments
  • Use profanity or inappropriate language
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages

Accurate and Honest Information

Trust is essential in a marketplace. All information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and complete.

In Your Listings:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of items, including condition, size, and any flaws
  • Use photos that show the actual item being sold
  • Set fair and reasonable prices
  • Disclose any damage, wear, or missing parts
  • Only list items you legally own and have the right to sell

In Your Account:

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Use a real name and profile photo (or appropriate representation)
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Only create one account per person

Prohibited:

  • Misrepresenting items, prices, or your identity
  • Using stock photos or images that don't show the actual item
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • Providing false information in disputes or communications

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on NXTSZN and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

Fraud and Deception:

  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or scams
  • Attempting to circumvent our payment or escrow systems
  • Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
  • Intercepting or redirecting transactions outside of NXTSZN
  • Using stolen payment methods or credit cards

Circumventing Fees:

  • Attempting to complete transactions outside of NXTSZN to avoid fees
  • Encouraging buyers or sellers to communicate or transact off-platform
  • Sharing contact information to bypass our escrow system
  • Using multiple accounts to avoid fees or restrictions

Platform Manipulation:

  • Manipulating search results or listing visibility
  • Using automated systems, bots, or scripts without permission
  • Spamming listings or creating duplicate listings
  • Keyword stuffing or using misleading tags
  • Interfering with other users' transactions

Security Violations:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation
  • Testing or exploiting security vulnerabilities
  • Sharing account credentials with others

Illegal Activities:

  • Using the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Selling prohibited items (see our Prohibited Items Policy)
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property Rights

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. This includes copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.

You must not:

  • List items that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
  • Use copyrighted images, logos, or content without permission
  • Sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized copies of branded items
  • Use others' photos or content in your listings without authorization
  • Violate any third-party intellectual property rights

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on NXTSZN, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement. We take intellectual property violations seriously and will investigate promptly.

Content Standards

All content you post on NXTSZN, including listings, messages, reviews, and profile information, must meet our content standards.

Content must not:

  • Be offensive, discriminatory, or promote hatred or violence
  • Contain sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented material
  • Include graphic violence or disturbing imagery
  • Promote illegal activities or harmful behavior
  • Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
  • Violate privacy rights or share personal information without consent
  • Be spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content

NXTSZN is a family-friendly platform. All content must be appropriate for users of all ages, including children who may view listings with their parents.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must:

  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Use a strong, unique password for your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Log out of your account when using shared devices
  • Only create one account per person

You must not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Allow others to use your account
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Use another person's account without permission
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to your listings, messages, and account data. Outstanding transactions may be affected, and you remain responsible for completing any pending obligations.

Appeals Process

We will review your appeal and respond as soon as possible. Please provide any relevant information or evidence that supports your case. While we consider all appeals carefully, our decisions are final.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
