We charge a platform fee only when your item sells. The fee is calculated on the item price. There are no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden costs.

Your platform fee helps cover payment processing, NXTSZN Secure Pay protection, and dispute support — keeping transactions secure for both buyers and sellers.

How it works:

What buyers pay

As a buyer, you pay the item price and shipping costs only. The total is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.

What you pay:

  • • No additional buyer fees

Payment Protection

All transactions are protected by NXTSZN Secure Pay. Funds are held securely until you confirm receipt and satisfaction with the item, keeping both buyers and sellers safe.

For Sellers:

  • • Payment is securely held until buyer accepts the item
  • • Funds are released automatically after delivery confirmation or after the review period
  • • You can accelerate payment release when buyer confirms receipt
  • • Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect (one-time setup when you make your first sale)

For Buyers:

  • • Payment is secure and securely held until you receive the item
  • • You can open a dispute if the item doesn't match the description
  • • Funds are only released to seller after you confirm receipt and satisfaction
  • • Full buyer protection throughout the transaction

Additional Information

When are fees charged?

Platform fees are only charged when a sale is completed. If your item doesn't sell, you pay nothing.

Refunds & Cancellations

If a transaction is cancelled or refunded:

  • • The platform fee is reversed as part of the refund
  • • No fees are charged to the seller
  • • Full refunds are processed through NXTSZN Secure Pay

Payout Processing

Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect:

  • • One-time setup when you make your first sale (guided process, takes 2 minutes)
  • • Payouts are processed automatically after buyer acceptance
  • • Standard processing time: 1-2 business days
  • • No additional fees for payouts
