NXTSZN Ski Trip Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is NXTSZN Community Pty Ltd of New South Wales, Australia ("NXTSZN", "we", "us", "our").

2. Promotion

These Terms and Conditions govern the NXTSZN Ski Trip Giveaway ("Promotion").

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion starts at 9:00 AM AEST on 28 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 May 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Only eligible entries recorded during the Promotion Period will be included.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

• are 18 years or older; and
• are current residents of Australia excluding South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• directors, officers, employees and contractors of NXTSZN Community Pty Ltd directly involved in administering this Promotion; and
• their immediate family members.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by NXTSZN's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

6. How to Enter

Eligible entries are generated automatically through qualifying activity on the NXTSZN platform during the Promotion Period. No separate entry form is required.

7. Entry Allocation

Eligible entrants may receive entries as follows:

• Listing Published: +1 entry
• Sale in Escrow / Completed Qualifying Sale: +15 entries
• Qualifying Purchase: +3 entries
• Referral Listing Published: +3 entries
• Referral Sale in Escrow / Completed Qualifying Referral Sale: +8 entries

Entries are recorded according to NXTSZN's platform records and systems.

8. Referral Entries

Referral entries are available only where NXTSZN's systems validly attribute the referred user to the referring entrant.

Referral entries will only be awarded where the referred user completes the relevant qualifying activity during the Promotion Period.

Self-referrals are prohibited. NXTSZN may reject or revoke referral entries where it reasonably suspects:

• self-referral,
• duplicate accounts,
• fabricated transactions,
• collusion,
• manipulation of the referral system, or
• any other conduct inconsistent with the fair operation of the Promotion.

9. Entry Conditions

Entries must arise from genuine platform activity. NXTSZN may disqualify any entry, entrant, account or transaction where it reasonably considers that:

• the activity is fraudulent, artificial, abusive or misleading;
• an entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions or NXTSZN platform rules;
• a listing, purchase, sale or referral was created for the principal purpose of manipulating the Promotion; or
• a refund, reversal, cancellation, dispute, chargeback or invalidation affects the underlying qualifying activity.

10. Revocation of Entries

NXTSZN may remove, revoke, invalidate or reduce entries at any time before the draw where the relevant qualifying activity is later found to be invalid, cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

This includes, without limitation, entries linked to:

• refunded purchases,
• cancelled or reversed transactions,
• invalid referral events,
• duplicate or manipulated accounts, and
• any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Promotion.

11. No Entry Fee

There is no separate fee to enter the Promotion. However, participation may involve normal activity on the NXTSZN platform, including buying or selling goods or services promoted through the platform.

12. Prize

There is one (1) prize.

The prize is a Thredbo ski trip package valued at up to AUD $3,500 ("Prize").

The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied except at NXTSZN's discretion.

The Prize may, in NXTSZN's discretion, include one or more of the following up to the total maximum value:

• accommodation,
• lift passes,
• ski or snowboard rental,
• selected travel-related costs, or
• travel credit, voucher, or booking value applied toward those items.

13. Prize Limit and Nature

The total Prize value is strictly capped at AUD $3,500.

The Prize:

• is not transferable,
• is not exchangeable, and
• is not redeemable for cash.

Any amount above AUD $3,500 is the winner's responsibility unless NXTSZN expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Any unused portion of the Prize is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any substitute benefit.

14. Prize Fulfilment Conditions

Prize fulfilment is subject to availability, supplier terms and booking conditions.

Without limitation:

• preferred dates may not be available;
• travel may be restricted during peak periods, blackout periods or supplier-limited periods;
• NXTSZN may require bookings to be made through NXTSZN or its nominated booking channel;
• the winner must provide all information reasonably required to complete the booking; and
• the winner must comply with all supplier terms and any travel, accommodation or resort rules.

Unless expressly included by NXTSZN in writing, the winner is responsible for all ancillary or incidental expenses, including food, drinks, insurance, transfers, parking, personal spending and any expenses beyond the Prize cap.

15. Prize Substitution

If any component of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside NXTSZN's reasonable control, NXTSZN may substitute that component or the Prize with a prize or component of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

16. Draw

The draw will take place electronically via NXTSZN systems on 31 May 2026 at 12:00 PM AEST.

The winner will be selected by a weighted random draw, meaning the more valid entries an entrant has, the greater their chance of being selected.

17. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received and the weighting of those entries.

18. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw by one or more of the following:

• email,
• in-platform notification, and/or
• phone (if a valid number is held by NXTSZN).

19. Winner Publication

NXTSZN may publish the winner's first name, first initial of surname, suburb and/or State/Territory (where lawful and appropriate) on the NXTSZN platform or social channels, unless prohibited by law.

20. Prize Claim Period

The winner must claim the Prize within 14 days of being notified, unless NXTSZN specifies a longer period in writing.

21. Unclaimed Prize / Redraw

If the winner does not validly claim the Prize within the claim period, or is found to be ineligible, NXTSZN may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

Any redraw may take place electronically via NXTSZN systems on 7 June 2026 at 12:00 PM AEST.

The redraw winner, if any, will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

22. Platform Records

NXTSZN's platform records, logs, audit trails and transaction data are the primary source for determining eligibility, entry allocation, entry revocation and winner selection, except where prohibited by law.

23. Suspension, Variation or Cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, NXTSZN reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion if reasonably necessary because of:

• technical failure,
• fraud,
• platform compromise,
• administrative error,
• legal or regulatory requirements,
• events outside NXTSZN's reasonable control, or
• any circumstance that compromises the integrity or fairness of the Promotion.

24. Disqualification

NXTSZN may disqualify an entrant if NXTSZN reasonably believes the entrant has:

• tampered with the entry process,
• breached these Terms and Conditions,
• engaged in misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or abusive conduct,
• created false, duplicate or manipulated accounts,
• attempted to gain unfair advantage, or
• acted in a way that may damage the reputation or integrity of NXTSZN or the Promotion.

25. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the foregoing, NXTSZN is not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete or misdirected communications,
• technical malfunction or platform unavailability,
• supplier failure,
• booking availability issues,
• travel disruption,
• or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the Promotion or Prize.

26. Personal Information

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to NXTSZN collecting, using and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of:

• administering the Promotion,
• verifying eligibility,
• contacting entrants and the winner,
• prize fulfilment, and
• related promotional activity,

in accordance with NXTSZN's Privacy Policy.
